BUILDING INFORMATION
Load-bearing walls of the main building are constructed from aerated concrete blocks and insulated with wool up to the windows. Corrugated metal roofing is wool insulated too. The windows are partially replaced with double-glazed windows, however, there are mostly wooden double framed windows in the building. The floors are covered with stone tiles.

HEATING
The main building is heated by the wood fuelled boiler, also, there is a heated floor in the washroom. Firewood can be brought in from own forest.

VENTILATION
The ventilation system is available only in the kitchen.
